"This phone case was purchased for my daughter who located this case online among the thousands and thousands of available cases. She loved this case and added it to her shopping list. Well, it was up to Dad to order it from ArtWorkFans. I have never heard of ArtWorkFans previously, but I am happy to say that I will never forget the wonderful customer service that I got when placing the order. There was a slight delay in filling the order and I was informed of this and told that they would upgrade the shipping to help offset this delay. Then upon delivery, I was once again contacted by a person.... not a bot or spam email ..... asking if everything arrived okay and to satisfaction.

The bottom line is that the phone case is beautiful and I was delighted to make a purchase from this wonderful company. In a day when everything seems so impersonal, it was nice to have genuine email communications from a person who responded promptly and kindly.
